Hockey Grip Warranty Only

We will match your hockey stick warranty—and more. Most hockey stick warranties are 30 days. If your stick breaks within 30 days and has a SICKMITTS grip installed, we’ll replace your grip for free. We also offer a 60-day warranty on any faulty or defective grips.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

BROKEN STICKS

Email us a picture of your broken stick with the SICKMITTS grip attached. Include:

• Receipts for both the hockey stick and the grip (showing both were purchased within 30 days).
• The same photo requested by your stick manufacturer for their warranty claim (including the stick’s serial number sticker attached to the receipt).
• All order numbers or shop receipts.

DEFECTIVE GRIPS

Email us a picture of the defective grip along with an explanation of your case. Include your receipt showing the grip was purchased within 60 days.

We will review all claims and respond within 24 hours. Once approved, we’ll notify you and ship a replacement free of charge.
